• Wallet information. Public wallet addresses you connect to the Service, linked wallet records, and wallet associations with profiles used for account management and eligibility checks.
• Profile information. Display name, bio, avatar, and social links you voluntarily provide.
• Linked social account information. When you link Discord or another supported social account, we may collect account identifiers, usernames, display names, avatar URLs, granted scopes, and token data needed to maintain that link and, for supported providers, sign you back in to the same ORD.NET profile already linked to that social account.
• Usage data. Pages visited, features used, timestamps, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.
• Device data. IP address, device identifiers, and general location inferred from IP.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Session, preference, and referral-attribution cookies, along with local storage used to maintain your session and preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate sessions and manage wallet connections, linked social accounts, and supported sign-in to previously linked profiles.
• Display your public profile and activity on the marketplace.
• Verify inscription ownership and determine eligibility for Discord role automation on participating servers through Nexus, our Discord role verification service.
• Communicate service updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. Trusted third parties that help us operate the Service, including hosting, analytics, security, and verification infrastructure.
• Verification and third party platform integrations. If you use Discord verification, we may make available the minimum necessary linked account, wallet linkage, and eligibility data to Nexus, our Discord role verification service, and interact with Discord to support role verification and assignment on participating servers. We do not provide your raw wallet addresses to server owners, but role outcomes or verification status may allow others to infer that you meet certain ownership or eligibility criteria.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Public blockchain data. Wallet addresses and transaction data are inherently public on the Bitcoin blockchain.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences (such as theme selection). When you follow a valid referral link, we set a first-party referral-attribution cookie for one hour to remember the referring partner. A valid partner identity may be stored with a listing you submit through the browser and may be used when that listing later sells, even after the cookie expires. The cookie may also attribute an eligible browser buy when the purchased listings do not all carry stored attribution. Listing attribution takes priority when every purchased listing names the same partner; a single buy pays at most one referral partner. We do not use third party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Service may not function properly.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

Linked social account records, granted scopes, and related token data may be retained while the account remains linked and for a reasonable period afterward to support security, sign-in continuity, dispute handling, audit needs, and service continuity. If you disconnect all wallets, unlink supported social accounts, and delete your profile, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

Referral partner identity stored with a listing and referral accounting recorded for a sale may remain with those marketplace records after the referral cookie expires for transaction, accounting, dispute, and audit purposes.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy
